We can ONLY consider your application if you have:
1: High school diploma & 4 years of related education, i.e.: business or accounting and/or relevant work experience
2: PAYROLL SAP experience is REQUIRED.
3: Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite (excel, word, and PowerPoint)
4: Payroll processing experience including relevant regulatory requirements; internal policy and procedure; accounting practices; system software requirements
5: Knowledge of FLSA, federal and state laws, etc.
6: Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
7: Perform and understand basic payroll calculations

DESIRED (not required) SKILLS:
:: Certified Payroll Professional designation (CPP)
:: Prior experience working in a shared service or center of excellence environment

Duties and Responsibilities
== Support weekly and biweekly Ad hoc payroll processing
== Load supplemental pay file upon request
== Identify and resolve errors during processing
== Validate regression testing and coordinate thru error resolution
== Support SAP file loads
== Basic Ad hoc query request
== Works closely with management in preparation for compliance audits and other projects as needed
